Shazam Falcon Fraud
Did you use your debit card here? If you have received this question in the form of a text from 727-18, or a phone call from 855-219-5399, you are not a scam victim. In fact you are being protected by Shazam Falcon Fraud. This service is provided by the Bank and is always working in the background for our customers, watching for debit card transactions that are out of the normal area of use or for unusual amounts. If you receive a phone call or a text message from these numbers asking if you used your debit card for a specific transaction please answer IMMEDIATELY. Answering will allow your debit card to be shut down immediately if fraudulent activity is taking place, or you can continue your Holiday shopping if everything is OK. Please make sure that we have your current cell phone number, and enter these as known numbers into your contacts, this will help avoid delays which may affect your ability to use your debit card.
